For years, I appeared strong while carrying a quiet storm within. I gave endlessly, until one day I had nothing left not even for myself.

It wasn’t burnout. It was unhealed pain, suppressed emotions, and an inner child unheard for too long.

That breaking point became my awakening. I learned that anxiety, self-doubt, and people-pleasing are not flaws, but signals of old wounds seeking healing.

Through deep inner work, I reclaimed my voice, confidence, and wholeness.

Today, this work is my calling. I guide others from survival into freedom, grounded, confident, and whole.

A Breathwork Facilitator

Breath is more than air, it is memory, emotion, and the body’s language. Unfelt feelings and unspoken pain don’t disappear; they settle in the body as anxiety, tightness, exhaustion, or numbness. Breathwork gently releases what the body has been holding, calming the nervous system and allowing stress, emotional blocks, and old survival patterns to soften and move.

I’m Manika Khanna. I work as a breathwork facilitator, inner child healer, NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist and emotional healing guide. I support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and want to come back home to who they truly are.

My work is for anyone who feels emotionally heavy, confused, anxious, burnt out, or caught in repeating patterns. If you’ve tried “being strong” for a long time and now feel ready to understand yourself at a deeper level, this space is for you.

I work with breathwork, inner child healing, trauma-informed practices, mindset shifts and subconscious work. Everything I do is gentle, deep and paced according to what your system can handle, no forcing, no fixing.

Breathwork helps you release emotions stored in the body, calm your nervous system and access parts of you that words often can’t reach. Many people experience clarity, emotional release and a sense of lightness after sessions.

Inner child healing is about understanding the younger parts of you that learned to survive by staying quiet, pleasing others, or shutting down. I help you reconnect with those parts with safety and compassion, so healing can happen naturally.

Yes. I offer one-on-one sessions where we focus completely on you, your story, your emotions and your pace.

Yes, I conduct group sessions, workshops and experiences where people heal together in a safe and guided space.

I offer online sessions, so you can work with me from anywhere. In-person sessions or workshops may also be available depending on location and availability.

Your first session is a soft landing. We talk, we listen to your body and emotions, and we gently understand what you’re carrying. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.

My work is therapeutic in nature but not clinical therapy. It focuses on emotional awareness, healing and self-connection. If needed, I always encourage additional professional support.
